Trade buyers expect their own prices, and nobody else should see them. For IKAG Distributors, who sell professional audio and electronics from Hollywood, Florida, we built a dealer platform on WooCommerce: pricing for approved accounts only, an application to open one, and a seven-day Stripe hold while stock is confirmed.

Trade pricing behind a login
Prices show only to dealers who are signed in. Everyone else sees the range and a way to apply.
Account applications
A new dealer applies through the site, and IKAG decides who is approved. Approved accounts see their pricing and order.
Payment holds through Stripe
An order places a seven-day hold on the card through Stripe. IKAG confirms the stock, then processes the order and takes the payment; if they cannot supply, nothing is charged.
Hosted on Kinsta
IKAG runs the store day to day. We built it, and we host it. Hosting is on Kinsta, where we are an Agency Partner: Google Cloud servers, Cloudflare's network in front, and a backup taken every day.
